Over the past 41 years we have purchased in excess of 20 Trailers and 5th Wheels from this dealership. The sales dept., service dept, and parts dept. have all been wonderful. The staff here at Hiawatha are absolutely amazing! After a misfortunate breakdown of my camper, I was looking for someone to fix it. I went to Ketelsen and explained to them my situation, I had bought my original camper from them and not only were they very sympathetic about its issue, they went WAY above the highest possible standard to resolve the issue. Instead of charging me to repair it, they informed me that it wasnt really my best option to fix it and didnt feel comfortable trying. Instead, they found campers comparable in price and worked very hard to get me into one. The service department, first off was outstanding, climbing under my camper, doing all they could to make the most educated decision on what was best for me. Then instead of just shoving me into the sales floor, Cole and another service tech went and spoke to the sales manager. After they talked, they approached me with some excellent options for a reasonably priced replacement. I found one I liked, and the guys ( Bob, Gene, Keyan, and Cole) made it happen. We had papers wrote up in minutes and shaking hands shortly after. I asked if I could go outside and check it out again, they said sure. Much to my surprise when I went to look at it, they had a team of people literally scrubbing and deep cleaning this camper like a rockstar was buying it, they had a team of mechanics looking it over and checking/ fixing any little thing they could find that they werent satisfied with, I didnt mention anything I found unpleasant with it, this was all on their own. I live in Missouri, but when the time comes to upgrade, theres no question I will make the drive to Ketelsen for my next camper. I cant praise or thank them enough for all they did for me on such short notice. You guys are amazing and I will recommend you to anyone I know in the market! Thank you all - Branden

Just had my first experience with the service department in Desoto, Iowa. FIVE STAR response to an issue with a competitors camper. They even accommodated the warranty department of the manufacturer. They will be my only call for RV needs in the future!! - Steve
I purchased my Pace Arrow from Ketelsen's many years ago. Since then we have had any service work needed done by Ketelsen's. Brian is very knowledgeable for motor homes and campers. Trisha is excellent at scheduling. We have never been disappointed in work done by this shop. The parts department has ordered me parts and they do an excellent job of getting the right part on time. Overall I have always been very pleased with Ketelsen's in any dealings I have had with them. - Donald
We were looking for a new Rv dealership because ours closed and Scott told me he just started working for Ketelsen. When we got there we know we had founded our new Rv dealership plus we founded the trailer we were looking for. The plus side is the extra things the dealership does for its consumers we will be making some of those outing next year. - Ben
